More about me
If I could, I’d sit down for coffee with every single person I meet just to hear their story. Because I believe everyone has one, and every story deserves to be told in a way that feels true. That’s what I do with my camera—I listen, I observe, and I document the quiet in-between moments, the belly laughs, the knowing glances, and the tiny details that make your connections unique.
Being a mama has deepened my love for this work. I know how fast time moves, how quickly little hands grow, and how fleeting the sweetest moments can feel. My goal is to preserve them for you—to make sure you feel seen, loved, and beautiful in every frame. No stiff poses, no forced smiles. Just you, your people, and the magic that already exists in your life.

The Story Behind the Session
Some sessions feel like coming full circle. This was one of them. I’ve known this beautiful young woman since she was just five years old—back when her smile was full of baby teeth and her world was made of playgrounds and storybooks. Watching her grow into the kind, compassionate, radiant young woman she is today has been such a privilege.
So when it came time for her senior portraits, I knew I wanted them to reflect not just her outer beauty (which is undeniable), but also the heart, laughter, and light she carries with her.
We met in the wildflower fields of Rosewood Farm in Sugar Grove, IL, right as the sun began to set. The golden light wrapped around her, catching every glimmer in her eyes and every strand of her hair. It was the kind of evening that felt like it was made for her—a little wild, a little magical, and completely unforgettable.
One of the most meaningful parts of this session was when my son joined in for a few frames. He absolutely adores her, and she loves him right back in that big-sister kind of way. Watching them laugh, spin, and play together filled my heart more than I can put into words.
Yes, she is stunning. But it’s her kindness, her laughter, and the way she makes everyone around her feel seen that make her truly beautiful. Photographing her wasn’t just about documenting this milestone—it was about freezing this moment in time, a reflection of who she is right now, on the cusp of something new.
We ended the evening with soft, reflective portraits that showed her quieter side. There’s a calm strength in her now, and I couldn’t be prouder of the woman she’s becoming.
Senior year is such a special time—one you’ll never get back. If you’re in the Chicago suburbs—including Oswego, Naperville, Aurora, and beyond—and you want a senior session that tells your story, let’s make it happen. I’ll help with location ideas, outfit inspiration, and all the little details so you can relax and simply be yourself.
Every senior has a story worth remembering. Fill out the inquiry form and let’s tell theirs beautifully.
I know these moments feel fleeting, but they’re part of the incredible story you’re writing — the one your child will look back on and see just how deeply they were loved before they even arrived.
